The compact, automatic spray system finishes dough with baking glaze or other egg and glazing agents - wafer thin, clean and efficiently: Thanks to the ergonomic single-person-use spray technology, approved by Boyens, the spray system works just as quickly and efficiently as the expensive and high-maintenance fully automatic systems with a conveyor belt.
The innovative bridge plate is automatically activated by inductive sensors as soon as you position the tray. The specially developed spray nozzles allow the mist-free and automatic application of BackGlanz and are therefore very economical. After the glazing, the BackGlanz sprayer serves as a work table for finishing the dough pieces, e.g. with a sprinkling of almonds - in addition the tray can then go directly into the oven.
The entire hygiene station is very easy to handle. The cleaning of the spray system is also quick and simple thanks to the the removable drip pan with waste drainage: Simply put it in the dishwasher and it is immediately spotless and ready for use.
