Release agent for all moulds. Very economical and can be sprayed with the keg Airmix spraying system without generating any mist

Very high adhesive properties and very strong. Suitable for sandwich loaf tins, Paderborner bread, toast moulds, tart bases, bundt cakes, amongst others. Positive effect on the colour of the crust in the case of tin loaves, specifically for pastries containing sugar and egg white
